The Babelfish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr) renders it thus
(Spanish to English):
Good, I had a problem with dbspace that had corrupted and I erased it.
Sine embargo Base of data that it had not I erase of I catalogue of
Sysmaster and now I cannot erase the data base. It would be fixed
passing oncheck? That solution has? Thanks.
Which, being re-translated, might be:
Good day. I had a problem with a corrupted dbspace, which I then
erased. Since then, I've had problems with my databases - especially
sysmaster - and now I can't drop the databases. Would it be fixed if it
passed oncheck? Any other solution? Thanks.
To answer your question - if you erased a dbspace by overwriting it, or
otherwise forcibly removing the file, you are probably very nearly
stuck. However, it depends on exactly what you did. So, how did you
erase the dbspace?
Do you have any recent backups - from before your erasing exercise? If
so, it is time to break them out. If not, I fear you are in big
trouble. Do you not have Technical Support? If so, why didn't you call
them before doing anything as drastic as erasing a dbspace? Which
version of IDS? On which platform?
