how to clean temp db?

hi all: i am runnign solaris 2.6 with informix dynamic workgroup server. i have a temp dbspace set up. usually everything works out fine, i run a query, it uses temp dbspace, then it releases the space when everything is finished. however, if the informix server got stopped during a query or the machine crashes, when i restart it, it does not seem to be able to clean up temp db. is there anyway manually i can clean up my temperatory dbspace? thanks a lot. yan
