Upgrade Question

Hi, I have an Informix/hardware upgrade question. I'm not sure if this is the appropriate newgroup, but here goes. I work for a small nonprofit agency we use Infomix-SQL ver 4.11.UC3 w/Informix-SE ver 5.01.UD3. We purchased this a little over a year ago (we upgraded from Informix 3.3 then to Informix SQL 2.01 then this). We're running it on an AcerAltos 800 (486DX2-66 w/32mb mem) with Altos/SCO Unix 3.2/4.2. I want to uprade the motherboard to a Pentium class. I want to do this because I want to upgrade to either SCO or Altos/SCO Openserver 5 to be able to replace some terminal boxes with Specialix boxes. MY QUESTION...will I be able to keep running my current version of Informix. I'm hoping so because we have a small budget and the last upgrade set us back some bucks. I know that most of my other software (WordPerfect, RealWorld, Vsifax) should work ok, but my vendor (who's not sure) says has some difficult upgrade scenerios. SORRY FOR SUCH A LONG QUESTION!
