Startup & Shutdown scripts wisdom needed for informix 7.2

Greetings, I work with a non profit relief & development organization that just purchased a hp/k420 server with informix 7.2. Since i'm new to both unix and informix, looking for shutdown and startup scripts for the /sbin/rc2.d directory. We have only one instance wvms01 and run informix from the /opt/informix directory.
