HPL Deluxe mode

Hi all, IDS 11.10 FC3 on solaris 10 I am trying to unload and load all the tables from a database using HPL!!! I have filetered out tables with unsupported datatypes and referenced by other tables (yet to create a mapping etc) and successfully completed my unload using: onpload -p ${TAB}_proj -j ${TAB}_unload -fu >> $ONPUNLOADLOG 2>&1 I then decided to try the loading with DELUXE run mode with the command: onpload -p ${TAB}_proj -j ${TAB}_load -fl -fc >> $ONPLOADLOG 2>&1 and got error for few tables: Cannot perform express mode load with rowsize(=2172) > 2016 Error occured at HPL failpoint: 16110 I know that if row size id greater than the page size then it is not supported by EXPRESS mode.. But I'm using the "c" flag for DELUXE mode then why do my load are performed in EXPRESS mode. Also tried onpload -p ${TAB}_proj -j ${TAB}_load -fc >> $ONPLOADLOG 2>&1 But the same error :( I am not getting any help from onstat -g lap and onstat -j showing: onpload attach failed, rtn: -1 errno: 0 shmkey: ABCDEF load_base: 0 Not sure if there any shared-memory collision as 90% of the loading sucessfully. While unloading there is not delimiter used so the data unload is in informix format. Do i have to specify the "N" and/or "n" along with -flc, while loading? What am i missing with my DELUXE mode runs? Any help is appreciated :) Thanks Vikas

Hi, I somehow managed to get rid of errors for blob and reference tables but still there are three tables where the loading fails, yes these tables have a column with datatype "lvarchar" but the error is not specific to it. A snippet from the loading log file Set mode of constraint u276_1032 to filtering Set mode of constraint u276_1033 to filtering Set mode of constraint r276_1034 to filtering Error occured at HPL failpoint: 14100 Reset mode of constraints "informix".u276_1032 to original enabled mode Reset mode of constraints "informix".u276_1033 to original enabled mode Reset mode of constraints "informix".r276_1034 to original enabled mode Database Load Completed -- Processed 0 Records Records Inserted-> 0 Detected Errors--> 0 Engine Rejected--> 0 Any Idea what's going wrong for this table, I am not able to fine any reference to the error "Error occured at HPL failpoint: 14100" Any help is appreciated !
