To uninstall: Delete the $INFORMIXDIR directory. There are a couple of libs that get copied to /usr/lib. You can find these by looking in RUN_AS_ROOT file in $INFORMIXDIR. Raw space does not need to be unallocated. Just reassign it to something else when you need to use it. Typically raw space used for informix is 'unknown' to the system since you do not allocate it to a filesystem.
