back up error

I am encountering the following eror message when I am attempting to back up: "Backup Status Operation: Backup Active backup destination: File Media name: "Backup.bkf created 16/11/2004 at 14:25" Backup Status The files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was aborted. ---------------------- The operation did not successfully complete." I have Windows XP Can anyone please advise what I should do. Many thanks, Pat Mahoney
