Online V7.11 Stored Procedure Cache

Does anyone know of a way to increase the size of the Stored Procedure Cache in V7.11? I'm sure I came across some documentation that discussed the size of the cache and how to vary it. I thought it was either an Online variable or an Environment variable. Unfortunately I cannot now remember where that documentation was and, after searching we can't find it again!! Alternatively I could be thinking of an enhancement request to create such a variable. If that is what I am thinking about does anyone know when this enhancement is scheduled?
