We have two clients looking for people who have a good technical support background who can work with their clients to solve their problems. Should be good with troubleshooting and good with people. May involve limited travel. * Must have some tech support background. * Should be a Perm Resident or Citizen due to time frame. * Have good communication skills and good w/ people. * Should have worked to clients over the telephone in a support role. * Worked w/ any big RDBMS like (Oracle, Sybase, Informix) * Be familiar with SQL.
