I have a problem with onload on our HP server. I just typed "onload
-," to get the help, but onload just stucked there and wont quit.
After I ctrl-C to exit,
the system is very slow. I used top and find out oninit seems used 99%
of CPU time. Here is the output of onstat -g ath:

The last thread sitting on ready mode forever. and thread 51 is on
cond wait,
looks like it is waiting a signal, but somehow it is never send.
Does anyone has any idea what might cause this? Please let me know
what else I should check to find the problem.
Thanks for help!
BTW, I am using Informix 7.31UC4. I also tried 7.31UD6. Same problem.
The other interesting part I just discovered today is that right after
the IDS engine is brought up, "onload -," works fine. It display the
help and then quit. After about 10 minutes, it will stall if I run it.
There should be enough shared memory since I can run two IDS instances without
any problem, as long as I dont type "onload -,".
Thanks in advance.
