But what I try to do is to connect an informix SE 7.12 (with inet) through odbc driver from an access. I asked to Informix which module I had to buy and they said to me buy the CLI 2.5 development, what I did. But as we use the roman8 character set in our DB (under HP UX 9.04) then when I connect with access I don't have the accented characters. I tried to activate the translator in the driver by when I access the DB access said I can't find the dll for the translator. Then some one can help me? Best regards, Cataldo Urso. --------------5F4465E5FFFB0C5FE3FBA4A4 Content-Type: text/html; charset=us-ascii Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Hello everybody ,
I hope someone can help me because Informix self not 8-( (it is strange to me).
But what I try to do is to connect an informix SE 7.12 (with inet) through odbc driver from an access.
