Sure, I can. UDO split off from IDS at version 7.20 or so and the
FIRST n clause is a 7.30 extension. The latest UDO which will be out
soon is part of the Informix code merge project to get the three IDS
"options" (UDO, XPO, DSO) incorporated back into the mainline source
tree so that they are truly options with all of the same features.
I think this will be 9.21 but I'm not certain of the version number.
This version will take advantage of all of the source optimizations
that improved performance in 7.30 to boot.
