[Q] How to convert numerical to character ?

Hallo, I have problem. I need to convert numerical value ( integer in fact ) to text, and I need to do it is select statement. I was looking in FAQ's and other sources and I couldnt find any suitable informix function. I don't want to write any stored procedure (this is not my idea).
