Sun E-10 server config

We have bought Sun solaris E10 workgroup server and plan to install IFX 7.31 UC2 version on the same. Additionally we plan to migrate our database from old Sun system(sparcstation 20) to the new one. Kindly advise me the steps on migration of database, installation of IFX etc. E10 server 333 mhz mMBL2 cache, 128 mb ram 2x 9.1 GB scsi disk 7200 rpm Solaris 7 preinstalled TIA Mukund
