Upgraded to SE 5.x, should expect problems?

Having upgraded a customer to SE 5.x from SE 4.x. Should I expect a few problems? Does anybody remember anything serious? I have already seen the previously mentioned Temp Table problems (-242, and table already exists) It seems strange, moving from SE 4.x to SE 5.x would cause this? Does anybody know why it happens in SE 5.x. -- -----------------------------. In nature there are neither rewards nor !
