ONLINE SLOW on HP-9000!

Hi! I'm working with: - HP-9000 817, 64MB RAM, HP-UX 10.20 - Informix ONLINE 7.14 - 4GL RDS Application - My Database has 200 tables, but only 3 or 4 of them containing more than 100,000 rows. - 16 simultaneous users. I think it would work well, but the performance is LOW!!! I've tested different changes in the ONCONFIG file without good results. I don't know which is the problem: - Incorrect HP-UX configuration ? - Little memory? (I don't think so) - Incorrect ONCONFIG configuration ? Which are the main things about performance? Someone can help me? Thanks.
