The only place that I can see this hurting you is if you had crashed the database while someone had lots of temp tables in use. Since temp tables are automatically dropped when the OnLine user process exits, and crashing the system would not cause the tables to drop, using the "tbinit -p" might cause your rootdbs to fill up with temp tables.
