Hi guys, Welcome to the club. I spent about a week to get it to work a while back. After spending almost 2 days on phone with the tech support finally we were able to resolve the problem. Here is your solution: 1.Open User manager.(Admin tools) 2. Click on Informix and pick the Policies->User rights menu item. 3. Click show advanced user rights check box on the bottom. 4. Choose the "Act as part of the operating system" in the rights. 5. Click add button. 6. Add \\\\hostname\\informix or whatever the user name is in the bottom text box and click ok 7. ******REBOOT*********** (I wasted almost a day to figure out this) You must be able to connect to the server now.
