IDS 7.30.UC7 on HP-UX 10.20 ignores RESIDENT settings

We've installed IDS 7.30.TC7 on a NT Server (4.0-sp4) and can access "stores7" while seated at the NT Server. We've enabled local users to have the right to "log on locally" to this NT Server. Subsequently, we've installed "Database Client" on a Windows 95 PC and have used SetNet32 to set the following (the NT server's name is "nts-5"): INFORMIXDIR=D:\\INFORMIX INFORMIXSERVER=arc1 INFORMIXSQLHOSTS=nts-5 Servicename = turbo Protocol = olsoctcp User Name = informix When I run Ilogin.exe from the Win95 PC, I get the error: Database: Sqlcode = -908 Looking up the error code in finderr.exe did not provide me with sufficient insight to solve the problem.
