Local Print problem!

Hi Y'all I have an application written in 4GL. Several reports will print in 'local print' mode; that is, end-users connected as dumb terminals on a Unix server through emulation with Procomm Plus will print these reports on their dedicated printers(printers connected directly to PC). When printing one such report, the carriage returns are stripped from the output so that the text ends up printing a little like this. In trying to resolve my problem, I have created a new stripped-down report based on the stores database which prints out fine on local print. I then proceeded in determining what differences exist between the stripped-down version and the other reports. The application reports contain screen I/O (windows, forms & input) for parameters selection which the stripped report does not. I have since added a window, a form and an input in the new report. To my great despair, it constantly prints out properly. I have now run out of ideas and would greatly appreciate any input from anyone who might have experienced similar problems.
