Connecting Win95/WinNT clients to Informix database

I need to connect windows95 applications (using ODBC) to a Informix-SE v7.10 database server running on SCO. I have downloaded from the Intraware site the Client SDK wich contains Informix-connect and the Intersolv 3.10 32 bit ODBC driver. The installation went fine. The problem is when I try to connect, I get the message that the service name could not be found. But the service in question has been entered in the /etc/services file. The driver configuration looks ok, except that the only protocol supported for SE 7.10 on SCO is setlitcp and it is not not offered in the driver choice list. So I had to use sesoctcp. Is this normal ? Could it be that I have the wrong driver or Informix-connect version ? A little help would be much appreciated, Chris
