Problem with date of the last change in database.

Hello, can you help me, please, solve this problem? I need to know date of the last change in the database, or if this can't be done, date of the last change in the table. I need to know it from systables or sysmasters, ..., if it can be done. I have INF v 5.00, but if can't be done on it, I can do it on INF v 7.20. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
