upgrade???

Hi all I have a question I received Online 7.20 product for the purpose of upgrading from 5.0 on the HP O/S 10.20. Since we received a new HP box 10.20, can I install Online 7.20 straight instead of upgrading from an installed 5.0? Will that cause any problem. I am looking for a way to save a few days' time because currently, I am going to do conversion from Wang to Online 5.0 then upgrade 7.2 What are difference between 7.20 Runtime and 7.20 Development? Is it development for the informix developers? Is it runtime for the regular users? Thuc
