Informix Support Vendors?

Hello All- I hope I am not too far from the mark, posing this question here? If I am in error please point me in the correct direction. I have just been given the responsibility of writing a contract for in-house informix support. I am not a programmer, I need to know from a programmer's point of view, what companies have offered good service to you. Any info is apreciated. Thanks Dan
