Strange error in Informix

Hi, We are experiencing a strange error in Informix 7.24 UC1 on HP-UX 10.20 : A chunk exists in a dbspace, and is shown properly by onmonitor. (It was added using onmonitor). But when we try to drop it with the command : onspace -d dbasea -p /dev/vg05/databaseA4 -o 2 we get an the error : Chunk not dropped ISAM error : no such chunk. We tried adding it again through onmonitor, but it said the chunk already exists. Can anyone shed any light on this / suggest a workaround ?
