IDS Monitoring tolls

I'm administering a large number of IBM-DB instance under HP-UX, with version IDS 11.50, XPS, some DB2 databases. Today, I use HP-Open View (OVO) to monitoring. with this tool, I generate logs and alarm events via e-mail. My organization ask me if exist another monitoring tools that we can implment with at least the same features than OVO. I read in internet about the OAT an DBmon, and I think are good, but I want to know if exist another comercial product with similar features than OVO (or beatter if it's possible). the goal is monitoring IDS, XPS and DB2. thanks for your help
