Informix Online 5.0 and Solaris 2.5

Sirs, I wanted to port a running application with Informix 5.0 from Solaris 2.4 to Solaris 2.5.1. Trying to start the tbinit or tbmonitor leads to the messages: Shared memory not initialized. But shared memory works, sysdef -i reports: .... * * IPC Shared Memory * 268435456 max shared memory segment size (SHMMAX) 200 min shared memory segment size (SHMMIN) 200 shared memory identifiers (SHMMNI) 200 max attached shm segments per process (SHMSEG) * ..... This is the same output as under 2.4. What could I do for running Online 5.0 under 2.5.1? Any Ideas?
