Informix Documentation Question

I was using Informix-SQL User Guide for Informix-SQL, Version 4.0, and found several references (pp. 8-30, 8-58) to the Informix-SQL Reference Manual, Chapter 5 (for more about ACE). I don't seem to have the so-called manual, and the closest thing to it, namely, the Informix Guide to SQL: Reference has nothing about ACE in it, nor does the Informix Guide to SQL: Tutorial. What's more there is no mention of this manual in the list of documentation given in the Informix Unix Products booklet and Installation Guide, Version 5.01.
