Neil Truby sought a simple PDF overview of Enterprise Replication for a prospective customer, since the website demo required registration. wcottishpoet suggested PartnerWorld; Richard Kofler pointed to an IBM IDS 10 ER overview slide show. Neil found it useful, since the customer was on v10, and planned to also check PartnerWorld for sales material.

Does anybody know where I can find any literature on Enterprise Replication
suitable for sending to a potential customer?
There's an ER demo on the www.informix.com website but it needs
registration, and I don't think it's appropriate to ask a customer to go
through that process. I just want a simple PDF that gives an overview of
it.
thanks

that's like saying "Is there anything on Google?"
;-)

Hi Neil
Although it is from IDS version 10, I think this
is all still valid and a nice slide show:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ieduasst/imv1r0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.iea.ids/ids/10.0.0/EnterpriseReplication/IDSv10_ER_Overview/player.html
Hope you can assemble the long link....

Thanks, that's pretty useful and I'll send it on. This is for v10 anyway so
it perfect for the purpose.
At Scottish Poet's suggestion I'll have a look on Partnerworld also to see
if I can find some more sales-y pdfs.
Thanks Guys!
