Unicenter/Informix

Anyone, If CA Unicenter (not sure the version) is used as the primary access control tool for an Informix database residing on a HP Unix server? What key settings in terms of security policies in Unicenter need to be effected (e.g., log file parameters, user roles or conditions specific to Unicenter, etc.)? Also, Is this such a good idea? Does it make sense to override the Informix DB security with Unicenter? Please advise, any comments are welcome. Dean
