Use sed to replace all your commas after your quotes with pipes. Then replace all the quotes with nothing. You now have a load file. Yes this is over simplistic....It's been a while since I had a load file created from something like this, but sed probably is the answer. You'll probably have to do several clean-ups to get rid of spaces 'n such, but it can be done. Use a 100-row sample first to get it right then go fer broke. Between sed and awk you should be able to address this problem. And sed/awk are available for PCs, either as GNU shareware or payware from MKS et al.
