Test plan for 4GLs

This may not be the correct place to ask this question but we are being directed to test and evaluate the following 4GLs: 1. Oracle 2. Informix 3. Progress What we need is a test and evaluation plan, script, scenario, procedure, etc., to examine/compare the three products. Can you help?
