The hours have to be entered per day, per department worked for and job worked at. Of course this program has to be as user friendly as possible (as much default values as possible), it has to be secure (no one must be able to mess around with one another's data), and must have flexible reporting and interfacing facilities. We prefer a program written in Informix or Ingres, or a VAX based program as a second choice.
