SE v4/v5 Compatability

I am about to copy an old(ish) SE 4.11 app to a new machine. Clearly I'll need a new set of run-time licenses and I am looking to purchase just SE and RDS run-time. However SE is now only available as v5 but no-one seems able to confirm whether or not the new engine will be compatible with the v4 tables; has anyone had any experience of this? If I need to recompile the schema is this possible with a run-time only version of SQL and if it transpires that I do need to purchase some devel kit do I need to get a devel version of SE: I have been told this is necessary but I remain unconvinced. Finally, are there likely to be any difficulties with the current RDS that my require a recompile against the old code? Many thanks. -- Richard
