Waiting for Next Logical Log File to be Freed

Hello my informix instance version 9.21 is actually in fast recovery and tell me "Waiting for Next Logical Log File to be Freed", i make backup off the logical logs, i try to add new logical log, i try to move a 9.30 version but i need to close the transaction that is open, does anybody now what can i do to resolve this situation? With the version you are using there is nothing you can do - you need to call support and have one of the dial-up engineers help you. Optionally, you could restore from a backup taken prior to the long transaction and roll fwd logs up to the log where the long tx began. MM
