Something all DBAs should see!

This is why IBM should look at putting in column oriented data types, as well as bringing in the near linear scalability of XPS in to IDS. You would be a clown not to ;-) Why IDS? Because of its extensibility and framework of a design makes it easier to implement this technology shift. Then we can honestly see a benchmark on IDS because it wouldn't compete with DB2. ;-) Clearly there's more to this. But hey! Jerry K, you don't write, or call. Sniff.
