Hi I agree in avoiding to put 'user' stuff into the rootdbs. I have even moved the logic- and the phys-logs into their own dbspaces. I would like Informix to put a new feature into the OnLine Server. The possibility to 'GRANT' a default dbspace to a user and/or the possibility to have a default dbspace different from the rootdbs. Bjarne W. Jensen /Alm. Brand Denmark (Insurance and Bank)
