Enterprise Replication

Has anyone out there set up Enterprise Replication in such a way that deletions on the source table are ignored on the target table? In our particular scenario we would like to replicate any inserts or updates to a particular table from the source to the target. However, we want to keep all of data on the target database for historical reporting, and therefore don't wish to process deletes that occur on the source database.
