SQL1831N Table statistics for a subtable "<subtable-name>" cannot be updated. Explanation: The statement attempts to update the statistics values of NPAGES, FPAGES, or OVERFLOW, for table "<subtable-name>", that is defined as a subtable. For typed tables, these statistics can only be updated using the root table of the table hierarchy. The statement cannot be processed. User response: Update the catalog statistics for the root table of the table hierarchy instead of the subtable. sqlcode: -1831 sqlstate: 428DY -- Serge Rielau SQL Architect DB2 for LUW IBM Toronto Lab

Osiris JL: chkmsg -1831
-1831: Combination of FetArrSize Deferred-PREPARE and OPTOFC is not supported.
Osiris JL:
I think the message needs fixing to read (something like):
-1831: The combination of explicit fetch array size, deferred PREPAREand OPTOFC is not supported.
