No. Version 6.03 does not support DBCENTURY.
It isn't Y2K-compliant by the currently accepted definition, though
it works fine with all 4-digit years -- it just has a fixation that
2-digit years fall somewhere between 1900..1999, even when the
current year is 2000 or later.
