Running Multiple Versions

I need to run multiple version of Online 7.x on a Sun Ultra server running Solaris 2.5.1. (Specifically, versions Online 7.21 and 7.23.) Each version will be running in its own "space". Are there a potential conflicts by doing this? For instance, the following share library links are established during the installation: Linking /usr/lib/ismdd07b.so from lib/ismdd07b.so Previous version of /usr/lib/ismdd07b.so saved as /usr/lib/ismdd07b.so.970711 Linking /usr/lib/ipldd07a.so from lib/ipldd07a.so Previous version of /usr/lib/ipldd07a.so saved as /usr/lib/ipldd07a.so.970711 These links were established by the 7.23 installation which overrode the 7.21 links. Are there other hidden links or are all files in each version $INFORMIXDIR affected? Thanks. Steve Romankiw
