Error while starting IDS

Hi all, while starting IDS with "oninit" we get the following errors: Chunk /informix/T40/sapdata/physdev2/data859 already exists. Primary reserved page is corrupt. oninit: Fatal error in shared memory initialization IDS is 9.4.UC5 Host is a Solaris 10 Zone. The informix server had worked properly. It was stopped, the chunks were saved with "dd" and after that we tried to start it again. Any ideas? Regards, Reinhard.
