Re: Informix Training

I took it. Spent the first 3 days staring at hex dumps of informix system pages. It was interesting but not truly helpful imho. It is truly an internal architecture class - bits and bytes of how the engine works. ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Informix Training Author: bweaver@fscorp.com at Internet Date: 9/9/97 1:37 PM Has anyone taken the Informix OnLine Dynamic Server Internal Architecture and Advance Administration class? Is it worthwhile, marginally helpful, or a complete waste? I've had the Server Administration course and I'm wondering if there is enough benefit in the Advanced course to justify the time and money.
