Cannot back up logical log with ON-Archive

Hello All, I have transported my database from old system to new system using ontape. Both systems are SUN E3000 and running Informix 7.20. After transportation completed, I cannot back up logical log on the new system using ON-Archive (but ontape works fine). Both output produced by ON-Archive and messages in "archive.log" said that operation is successful, but all logical logs are not freed.
