Stored procedures and DR

I encountered something very strange the other day. I have Online 7.11UC1 under Sparc Solaris 2.4 with DR up. Well, one of the developers created a stored procedure and it was running fine on both mahcines primary and secondary. He later changed it and the change did not occur on the secondary. Better yet, he dropped it from the primary and it still ran on the secondary! When he tried to drop it from the secondary (I know this can't be done just wanted to see what message he would get) he got a message saying procedure not found or something of that sort, but it still ran when he tried it again! I'm totally confused!
