Upgrade gotchas?

Request for info / experiences please... We're on HP-UX 11i and have tools (4gl (rds, idb & i4gl) and sql) at 7.20, engine at 9.30. We're running a medium sized (200Gb) OLTP database and about 1,000 executable 4ge's, plus a bit of java in the engine. We've taken a deep breath and are going to move to tools V7.32, engine V10, the 'H' versions, not the 'F'. Best advice so far is to do tools first (to ensure the most recent libraries are in place) and then engine. We reckon on a month to do a proof-of-concept test of the tools on a development box followed by a month of user testing on the same machine, then a live install, and then the same process with the engine. I know when we tried to go to 7.30 (and also 7.31) tools we came across a couple of problems so backed out (4gl screen handling and reports issues). Does anyone here have experience of a similar set of upgrades, know anything that's going to bite our arses, got some heads-ups etc etc etc etc? Any and all info gratefully received, no matter how trivial you think it may be I'd love to hear from you.
