How save a excel document in a informix db with OLE 1

Help! I have a routine that stores a excel workbook in the informix db with OLE 1. I save the file in the db and so far is all OK. The problem is when you closes the workbook after makes changes to it. You don't get prompted if you want to save or discard the changes. I want it to be as usual - to be prompted save or not. How can i work around this. Is it possible with OLE 1 or must i upgrade? regards /Ove
