ALARMPROGRAM with return code 133

Hi all:
We just moved to a new HP10.20 platform with Informix engine 7.23.UC7-1.
Today is the first time a logical log file get fill. Following are the
messages in
online.log file:
Logical File 4 Complete.
Process existed with return code 133: /bin/sh /bin/sh -c
/cadappl/packages/
informix/7.23/etc/log_full.sh 2 23 "Logical Log 4 Complete." "Logical
Log 4 complete
where $INFORMIXDIR=/cadappl/packages/informix/7.23
ALARMPROGRAM=$INFORMIXDIR/etc/log_full.sh default value
in onconfig file
We have done a couple of level 0 ontape backup and this ALARMPROGRAM
message never show up after the archive. As far as I know there is no
change in
onconfig file.
