InformixLink Info Needed

A couple of months ago I saw some info regarding InformixLink in this news group. The discussion was that Informix was giving access to the bugs database to people who had basic maintenance. Is this correct? If so whom do I contact at Informix? Thanks Peter peter@miller.cs.uwm.edu
