You may want to download the pdfs for the documentation. There is also a documentation CD with all the manuals (the ones you saw at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/idshelp/v10/index.jsp). The good thing in the documentation cd is that there are some kind of pdf that index all the other pdf's; so if you try find for something it shows all the pdfs (documentation) that contains what you are looking for.
